1. What does linkks do?
linkks is a platform that allows Users to create and publish personal pages containing links, content blocks, contact details, embedded third-party media, and interactive forms. Pages may be public and accessible to Visitors.

3. How this Privacy Notice applies to you
This Privacy Notice applies to personal data processed about:
- website visitors and public page Visitors;
- registered Users of linkks;
- individuals who submit forms on User pages;
- individuals who contact us for support, complaints, or legal notices.
4. Controller and processor roles
linkks as controller
We act as a controller when we determine the purposes and means of processing, including:
- account creation and management;
- platform security and analytics;
- enforcement of Terms of Service;
- support and legal compliance.
linkks as technical service provider (processor-like role)
Users on Pro plans may create forms to collect personal data (e.g., name, email, phone number, survey responses). In these cases:
- the User determines what data is collected and why;
- the User is generally the data controller for that collected data;
- linkks provides the technical infrastructure to transmit and store submissions.
If you submit data via a User’s form and have questions about how it is used, contact that User directly.
5. Personal data we collect
A. Data provided directly by Users
- email address;
- password (stored in hashed form);
- username;
- page content voluntarily published by the User;
- support communications.
B. Data submitted via User forms
Depending on the form configuration:
- name;
- email address;
- phone number;
- survey or message content.
C. Data collected automatically
- IP address;
- device and browser type;
- operating system;
- approximate location (city/country level);
- referral source;
- page views, link clicks, and interaction events;
- security and abuse-prevention logs.
6. Legal bases for processing
We process personal data based on one or more of the following legal grounds:
- Performance of a contract (providing linkks services);
- Consent (e.g., form submissions, optional features);
- Legal obligation (compliance with Ukrainian law);
- Legitimate necessity to ensure security, prevent abuse, and maintain service integrity.
7. How we use personal data
We use personal data to:
- create and maintain User accounts;
- publish and display User pages;
- operate forms and deliver submissions to Users;
- provide analytics and page statistics;
- prevent fraud, abuse, scraping, and automated misuse;
- provide customer support;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
We do not sell personal data.
8. User-created forms and lead collection
Users are responsible for defining the purpose and lawful basis for data collected via their forms.
Users are responsible for compliance with applicable privacy and marketing laws regarding collected data.
linkks does not control how Users later use exported or received form data.
9. Analytics and tracking technologies
Platform analytics
linkks uses internal analytics only to measure traffic, usage, and platform performance.
Third-party analytics (User-controlled)
Users on paid plans may independently integrate:
- Facebook Pixel;
- TikTok Pixel;
- Google Analytics.
These tools are configured and controlled by the User. linkks is not responsible for third-party tracking configured by Users.
10. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for:
- authentication and security;
- basic preferences;
- analytics.
Visitors may manage cookies through browser settings. Some features may not function properly if cookies are disabled.
11. Public pages and search engine indexing
User pages are public by default unless restricted by the User. Public pages may:
- be indexed by search engines;
- appear in search results;
- be shared externally.
Users are responsible for deciding what personal data they publish publicly.
12. Data sharing and disclosure
We may share personal data:
- with infrastructure and service providers (hosting, logging, email delivery) under contractual safeguards;
- when required by law or lawful authority;
- to protect rights, safety, and platform integrity;
- in connection with a business reorganization or transfer.
We do not share personal data for third-party marketing purposes.
13. International data transfers
All primary data storage is located in Spain (EU). Data may be processed by service providers located in other jurisdictions where necessary, subject to appropriate safeguards and contractual protections.
14. Data retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary:
- while the account is active;
- for security, audit, and abuse prevention purposes;
- to comply with legal obligations.
15. Account deletion
Users may delete their account from the dashboard.
Upon deletion request, the account enters a 30-day pending deletion period.
After 30 days, the account and associated data are permanently deleted unless retention is required by law.
16. Data security
We implement technical and organizational measures including:
- HTTPS encryption;
- access controls;
- role-based permissions;
- logging and monitoring;
- regular system updates.
No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to reduce risks.
17. Children’s data
linkks is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. If we become aware that personal data of a minor has been collected unlawfully, we will delete it.
18. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:
- access your personal data;
- request correction or deletion;
- withdraw consent;
- receive information about processing activities.

If you believe your rights have been violated, contact us at hey@linkks.cc.
You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in your jurisdiction, including the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman).

We may update this Privacy Notice periodically. The latest version will always be available on our website with an updated date.
