COMMUNITY STANDARDS - LINKKS (EN)

1. Purpose of these Community Standards

linkks is a platform for creating and publishing personal pages with links, content, and interactive forms. These Community Standards exist to:

• protect Users and Visitors;
• prevent abuse, fraud, and illegal activity;
• provide clear grounds for content moderation and account enforcement.

2. Scope

These Community Standards apply to:

• usernames;
• public pages and their content;
• links and embedded third-party content;
• Forms and collected submissions;
• any use of the linkks Platform.

3. Prohibited content and activities

3.1 Illegal content and activities

You may not use linkks to create, promote, facilitate, or link to content or activities that violate applicable laws or regulations in Ukraine, the European Union, or the jurisdiction of your audience.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• illegal goods or services;
• fraud, scams, or deceptive practices;
• money laundering or financial crime;
• human trafficking or exploitation.

3.2 Fraud, phishing, and deceptive behavior (critical)

You may not:

• use Forms to collect personal data under false or misleading pretenses;
• impersonate businesses, organizations, or individuals;
• create fake giveaways, lotteries, or prize claims;
• harvest emails or phone numbers without a lawful basis;
• misrepresent the purpose of a Form or Page.

Forms must clearly state their purpose, and data collection must comply with applicable privacy laws. Users collecting data act as data controllers under the DPA.

3.3 Username misuse and impersonation

Usernames must not:

• infringe trademarks or intellectual property rights;
• impersonate real persons, brands, or organizations without authorization;
• be reserved for resale, squatting, or blocking others from use;
• be misleading, abusive, or offensive.

linkks reserves the right to reassign or require changes to usernames that violate these standards.

3.4 Hate, harassment, and abuse

You may not publish or link to content that:

• promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups;
• targets individuals for harassment, threats, or intimidation;
• glorifies violence or abuse.

Protected characteristics include, but are not limited to race, nationality, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or health status.

3.5 Child safety

linkks has zero tolerance for content that harms or exploits minors.

You may not:

• upload or link to child sexual abuse material;
• solicit minors for inappropriate purposes;
• collect personal data from minors without a lawful basis.

Violations may be reported to competent authorities.

3.6 Adult content

linkks does not host adult media.

You may: link to lawful adult content hosted on third-party platforms, provided it is legal and appropriately labeled.

You may not:

• upload adult images or videos directly to linkks;
• use Forms to collect payments or donations for adult content;
• use linkks pages to advertise illegal sexual services.

3.7 Extremism and terrorism

You may not use linkks to promote, praise, fund, or support extremist or terrorist organizations or activities.

3.8 Self-harm and violent content

Content that promotes, glorifies, or encourages self-harm, suicide, or extreme violence is prohibited.

3.9 Intellectual property

You may not upload or link to content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

3.10 Privacy violations

You may not:

• publish someone else’s personal data without a lawful basis;
• expose sensitive information (IDs, financial data, private communications);
• collect personal data via Forms without proper notice and legal grounds.

If you collect personal data, you must provide a privacy notice and comply with applicable laws.

4. Enforcement

linkks may take enforcement actions, including:

• content removal;
• page restriction;
• username reassignment;
• account suspension or termination.

Actions may be taken without prior notice where required to prevent harm, abuse, or legal risk.
